On universal solution to the reflection equation

Abstract
For a given quasitriangular Hopf algebra $\cal H$ relations between
braided bialgebra structure and Drinfeld twist are described. It is
shown that this structure is naturally described by means of twisted
tensor powers of $\cal H$ and their module algebras. A universal
solution to the reflection equation is given with its characteristic
property and fusion procedure, similar to the universal $R$-matrix.
