Participation in any part of the conferences is restricted to those who have applied in advance. The closing date for applications is 15 January 2005, but all are encouraged to apply as early as possible.
Applications should be made using the enclosed Application
form and returned with the appropriate fees to

No
reservations for accommodation, meals or social events will be made if payment
is not received prior to the start of the conference.
All registrations received by the closing date will be
acknowledged. If an acknowledgment is not received within 14 days, please
contact the Conference Secretary.
Notification of acceptance of your scientific contributions
as an oral or poster presentation will be sent after the Scientific Committee
has reached a decision.
Hotel booking cancellations received after
15 January 2005 will be subject to an administrative
charge of 50%. It will not be possible to offer any
refunds on cancellations received after 1 February
2005, although substitutes of people can be made at any time. Cancellations
must be confirmed by letter, fax or e-mail.
The Conference BUS connections, from Venice Airport to Sesto and viceversa, are planned to take about 4 hours depending on the weather and traffic conditions, and the schedule will be as the following:

busses at Venice airport (Marco Polo) will depart from outside the
arrival exit.
On the sides of the bus it is written the name "Holzer"
and a poster with ECLC2005 will be displayed on the front
window of the bus.

For
people planning to reach Sesto by train, the nearest station is S.Candido
(Innichen).
