Okhchen, a very rich Evenk that owned some hundreds of reindeer.

He and Liuchetkan, were the guides of Kulik's first expedition (1927). When they reached the site of the forest devastation "surely due to Ogdy anger", they flatly refused to accompany forth the expedition. Kulik had no alternative but to return to Vanavara and made a second trek with new guides.
